The City of Fremantle works with Think Big Communication for the initial development and ongoing  review of the City’s Marketing and Communication Plan, as well as a customised Cruise Ship Strategy.

The Marketing and Communication plan is a 5 year initiative which involved mapping all internal and external communication points and creating a strategy around moving many existing communications online and placing the City of Fremantle’s website  as the center point of communication with stakeholders.

The Cruise Ship Strategy involves a set of practices for communication between City of Fremantle and the cruise lines. It aims to maximise the benefits available to local businesses and tourism operators as a result of the large increases in tourist visitation.

The Renaissance Spa and Salon required a relaunch of their brand after marketing had been neglected for some time. After a detailed Situation Analysis of client expectations, competition and product / service review a detailed marketing and communication plan was established that focused on online marketing to reach existing and new customers.
